About us
At Square Tail Charters, we take pride in providing excellent service. For the past 20 years we have been fishing hard, and providing the best experience possible to our customers. One of our goals is to make sure that each and every customer leaves with big smiles, and fond memories of their time spent with us. We also make sure that each customer gets the most out of this experience, whether it is their very first time coming to us, or if it’s their 100th time. We do this by ensuring that all of our customers leave with big Trophy Salmon and Trout on all of their Lake Ontario fishing adventures. The reason we work so hard to make this such a great adventure, is that fishing hard and providing good service isn’t just what we do, it’s what we love.
Hours of Operation
In order to provide the best service possible, we provide two 6 hours fishing charters daily, 7 days a week. This allows our customers to choose which time works the best for them, as well as giving them ample time to truly have the adventure we strive to provide them with.
Our mornings start at 6 am for those early risers who enjoy the peace and quiet the dawn provides to the world. The morning session ends at noon, allowing for them to break for lunch, and still enjoy the rest of their day in any way that they choose.
Our afternoon trip starts at 2 pm. This session is perfect for those individuals who either want to start their day at a later time, or for those individuals who want to spend their morning exploring Port Credit village and then spend the rest of their day relaxing in a nice boat on Lake Ontario, fishing. This session ends at 8pm, still allowing enough time for a late dinner and a drink at any of the nearby restaurants.
Licensing
One rule we abide and follow on our ship, is that all guests on-board must have a valid Ontario Fishing License. We ourselves are fully licensed, insured, and Transportation Canada Approved.
